eHub is a secured website tool which allows you to log in via the Internet to review your schedule, your personal information and print your pay stubs. Pay stubs for both the current pay period and past periods can be accessed as often as needed and from any computer with an Internet connection.  Basic

employee information such as your name, address, telephone numbers and email address can be viewed easily and changes can be submitted effortlessly. You will also be able to view your current tax exemption information and print an IRS Form W‐4 for tax changes.

 

If you do not have a computer or access to an Internet connection, the office will be able to access your information and assist you in printing your pay stubs, reviewing your personal information or viewing your schedules.

For first time users, please note that you must register using a computer first.

 

1. Download eHub from your apps/market store.

2. Enter your employee number and password. (Note: Your employee number is listed on your paystubs or you can call the office to get it)
